Phoebe was one of the original masters of the Oracle of Delphi before she gave it to Apollo, who will also make his debut in Hades 2. Not unlike Hecate and Melinoe, Phoebe also has strong connections to the moon. Considering Melinoe's status as a bringer of nightmares, and her connection to memory and the Underworld, Mnemosyne may be the Titan most likely to help Hades 2's Melinoe in her quest to defeat Chronos, perhaps even as an unexpected mentor figure.Īnother possible Titan to appear is Phoebe, who is the mother of Hades 2's Hecate. Unlike the other Titans, Mnemosyne was frequently invoked in Greek stories such as the Iliad because of her status as a goddess of memory. Chronos defeated his father Uranus to become the ruler the other Titans fell into their own roles to serve Chronos, while Rhea married him.
